GTL Technology

As natural gas feedstock accounts for more than 85% of the cost of GTL products, the technology is now competitive as compared to crude oil refining. Furthermore, the development of small-size 1,000- to 20,000-barrel per day GTL plants as standardized production units, makes the operation of such plants for stranded natural gas fields a logical and commercially viable solution.

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)

After compression, the natural gas passes through a purification system where in a multi-stage process, humidity, carbon dioxide, mercury and hydrocarbons are removed to leave only methane.

Flare Gas Recovery

The flared gas recovery system consists of processing the flare gas through educator system complete with all accessories especially designed to handle the flare gases.

Hydrogen Production & Purification

Hydrogen purity of 99.99% or 99.999% can be achieved with EAJV’s VPSA units.
EAJV’s VPSA operating sequence has been optimized to provide one of the highest hydrogen recovery rate for this technology worldwide.

LPG/NGL Recovery

EAJV Technology offers skid mounted for remote locations and field erected LPG/NGL recover units using cryogenic expander and refrigeration processes.
